AUGUST:  FINDING YOUR YOGA
Two 1-day workshops: This was all about finding your own yoga – tools, exercises and practices to start becoming more comfortable with the idea of figuring out what you need, exploring ways to adapt any yoga class to those needs, making it your practice – to help empower you to move towards more self-understanding and confidence … and have a little fun doing it! Workshops included a "pose clinic" where specific poses were broken down, ways to approach them more effectively were explored and to think more about what your body has to offer you, wherever you are.
